Circle of Excellence Program Overview

The VCAdvance Circle of Excellence program is an exciting new way for you to gain the competitive edge over local videoconferencing competition in your area, and at the same time, show potential customers your facility maintains the highest level of quality standards in the videoconferencing industry. When your application is approved, a VCAdvance representative will schedule an on-site visit, where he will perform a 30 point evaluation of your entire conferencing environment, meet your staff and examine and test your videoconferencing setup. Soon after the site visit, VCAdvance will send you your completed COE packet which will include a facility evaluation report, offering helpful suggestions and recommendations for improvements on the quality of your equipment and service, your Circle of Excellence completion certificate and a handsome wall plaque to hang in your conference room, recognizing your accomplishment as a certified VCAdvance Circle of Excellence member. So, who is VCAdvance to make recommendations on a standard level of excellence? Our standards have been developed over the past nine years based on input from industry professionals and end users as well as manufacturer recommendations. Our certification engineers and reviewers have extensive backgrounds in the videoconferencing industry. Together, they have integrated and installed more than 1000 videoconferencing rooms worldwide.
