How it works:

When you become a member of VCAdvance, your email address will be added to AdvanceLink, VCAdvance's List Serve database.  Then you will be able to send and receive emails to and from the entire VCAdvance membership at large.

Conduct Rules

A minimal set of guidelines and standards have been set up in order to maintain a positive and constructive atmosphere of camaraderie throughout the network.

  • No direct advertising to the membership is allowed over AdvanceLink however, VCAdvance will not control the private marketing of its members.
  • Profanity of any kind over AdvanceLink will not be tolerated.
  • Communications promoting organizations in direct competition with VCAdvance will not be permitted.
  • Because VCAdvance shares the value of your precious time and respects your privacy, personal and other communications unrelated to videoconferencing is strongly discouraged.
  • Inflammatory comments about VCAdvance or any of its members is non-productive and will not be permitted
